We prefer to ship orders via UPS. The advantage of shipping via UPS is that we will be able to send you a tracking number and estimated arrival date when your order is shipped.
We are able to ship via US Postal Service, but we cannot track these shipments en route.
When your order is received, we normally process it within 48 hours. Once processed, it will be shipped via UPS Ground or US Mail unless otherwise indicated.
Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock. If that happens you will be notified as soon as possible, so you can decide if you want a refund on the product, are willing to wait for it, or wish to change the item to another item of the same value.
If an item happens to be backordered causing delays, you will receive automatic email updates. These updates will notify you of the approximate time until the item(s) will be shipped.
